In order to activate one of these service and protection plans it will be necessary for the Landlord to use additional data obtained from the Applicant Tenant. Applicant Tenant hereby holds harmless www.freesecuritydeposit.com, and Assurance Protection Group, LLC. from any liability relating to the processing, evaluating or acceptance of any application or service and protection plan. It is understood that the ultimate decision is up to the Landlord or Property Manager on the acceptance of your Tenancy. Applicant Tenant hereby holds harmless www.freesecuritydeposit.com, and Assurance Protection Group, LLC. from any liability relating to the actions of the Landlord directly or indirectly.
